We have a true passion to see

girls play and love lacrosse.

Hi. I'm Joni.

So you probably want to know why you should let your daughter be a part of this program.  I've watched a few videos on YouTube and I think I've got it down.  Actually, in all honesty, I hate to talk about myself, but I owe it to you to understand my background. In addition to playing in high school and college, I helped coach a successful lacrosse program for 8 years that achieved the following:

State Champions, undefeated season

State Final Four numerous times

Players went on to play at Brown, Stanford, James Madison, University of Cincinnati and Marquette among others.

Consistently nationally ranked

Selected to coach All Star Team

I coached girls varsity lacrosse for 8 years for a nationally ranked program and loved it.  My desire is to start a program where we use the medium of lacrosse to teach important life skills such as team work, respect, hustle/determination, etc. At this age, and due to the nature of the sport, it is much more focused on skill development and fun as you can't yet expect little ones to have all the gross motor skills. My hope is that it will be a very positive experience for girls to have a great time, learn life skills and begin falling in love with a healthy, active lifestyle.

Hi. I'm Faith.

 A little about me:

I played four years of varsity lacrosse in high school for Cleveland Heights in, you guessed it, Cleveland, OH.  Two of those years our team advanced to the state final four, and I was also selected to place on the state all star team.  In college, I played for Miami University (Ohio) all four years of college and was voted team captain my senior year.  In terms of coaching, I spent 4 years coaching a 2-week summer camp for middle school girls, teaching fundamentals and sportsmanship. And why am I qualified to work with kids you may ask? I now spend my time working as a school psychologist in the elementary school setting in the Kent and Shoreline school districts.  I live locally and am the proud mother of an almost 3 year old budding lax-er!

Hi. I'm Jen.

I've been playing lacrosse since seventh grade, when I first gave it a try in Cincinnati, OH.  I was fortunate enough to play through my senior year in high school and played 4 years at attack and two years as goalie.  During my high school lacrosse career, we made it to the State Final Four tournament three of the four years.

I went on to attend the University of Cincinnati to help build their Division 1 lacrosse program.  During the next 3 years I traveled the country with the team playing goalie (first save in school history!) for two years and attack for one.

To bring things full circle, I now teach at the same junior high were my love for lacrosse began.  And because I just can't get away from lacrosse, I play on a post-collegiate team in Cincinnati to stay involved with the sport.  I'm excited to come to Seattle to help plant the seed in the next generation of lacrosse players!
